The Launchpad program delivered as promised. I finally have a starting point, a blueprint to work with. No more 'what if's'. James has designed a simple yet effective structure to follow. I highly recommend anyone who is finding difficulty on how/where to start, how to run a series of coaching sessions and where/how to end. The resources/support and feedback from James are more than enough to put you on the right path. Has my thumbs up! Great program to do if you need a little hand getting off the starting line!
