Has it felt a little like the last two months have been an emotional rollercoaster?

You are likely experiencing grief. It’s a curious thing, we go from joy, to sadness, anger, numbness, confusion even giddiness, these are all emotions grief is made out of.

Our body is moving in and out of fight, flight or freeze mode - it’s no wonder you may be feeling tired, restless and irritable at times. It comes and goes, it can be intense, or it can be subtle.

AND most importantly, it is NORMAL - grief is the pain of loss. The coronavirus situation has led to the loss of people in our society, jobs, a sense of normalcy, routines, freedoms, even warm hugs!
